In addition to the integrated quality control laboratory (HACCP method), our family-run company «Ravoire & Fils» has initiated a quality approach, since September 2006, with an eye to meeting the IFS and BRC standards for a forthcoming certification.
Due to the requirements of this certification, our premises had to be specially fitted out, this calling for investments, the adaptability of our internal procedures linked to the production process, together with staff training in the defined specifications. Audits also allowed for an organisational review of each company process to be made.
