Côtes de Provence Rosé
Terroir:
A diversity of soils, or "terroirs", between the crystalline massif and limestone reliefs.
Manon is the fruit of a stringent selection of the finest of the appellation’s cuvées.
Grape varieties:
Grenache (60%), Cinsault (30%) and Syrah (10%).
Vinification:
Direct pressing and fermentation of the free run wine at a controlled temperature.
Tasting:
Clear and bright pink colour.
Aromas of white blossoms (honeysuckle) and stone fruit (peach).
Rich, powerful and fresh with remarkable aromatic length in the mouth.
Pairing:
Perfect with Mediterranean cuisine, salads, fish and grilled meats.
Service:
For drinking young.
Serve cold but not chilled (between 10 and 12°C).
