Based on a typical grape variety (Grenache 60%, Syrah 40%), Epicuriale is vinified then matured to draw out the very essence of the grape: an intense ruby red, a stunning aromatic palette with notes of ripe fruit and spices, a velvety, harmonious in the mouth, offering astonishing power.
Epicuriale goes magnificently with roast lamb and herbs, sautéed spring veal and goat’s cheeses.
