Crozes-Hermitage Red 2006: "Wines Guide Hachette 2009" - 09-18-2009

A delicate solo, with hints of crystallized red fruits and pepper; the theme is present in the mouth with a steep attack; prolonged with a run of the kettledrums and strings featured by its tannic structure. A pleasant composition to be enjoyed over the next three or four years. It is signed by a wine merchant and maturing specialist establishment created in the 1980s by Roger Ravoire, joined by his son Olivier in 2003. »
