Gigondas Red 2007: "Thuriès Gastronomie Magazine" September 2009 - 09-22-2009
« This maturing and trade establishment created in 1987 by Roger Ravoire, a man of the land born into a family of wine-growers, demonstrates its mastery in terms of selection and assembly. It proposes a lively wine (75% Grenache, 15% syrah, 10% mourvèdre) of excellent quality. Dark coloured with fuchsia hues, complex aromas reveal the full potential of the fruit. A well balanced wine; gourmand, with no excess of heat or warmth. The promise of pleasure. Competitively priced. »
